No Questions Asked Refund
You can return any unopened product for a full refund (minus the standard cost of shipping the original order to you of $9.95) within 61 days of purchase.
61 Day Return Policy:
If you just can’t stomach the flavour or have had an adverse reaction to one of the products below, then you are welcome to return it to us (at your cost) for a store credit (minus the original shipping cost), within 61 days of purchase.
Please note:
By sending back items to us, you do so at your own risk. We will not be liable if your item is lost or damaged during transit upon its return to us.
Before a Refund or Exchange can be issued, Photos of the Item / Items must be provided before they are shipped back to us.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is free for Australia & New Zealand for orders over $150 AUD, otherwise, it's a $9.95 AUD flat rate. Shipping is free for the USA for orders over $100 USD, otherwise, it’s a $6.96 USD flare rate.
How Do I Track My Order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking link immediately, however, the link will only activate when your order clears customs with (USPS & AusPost) - usually 2-5 days after your order is placed.
Where Do You Ship From?
All USA, Australian & New Zealand orders are shipped from our international warehouse in Hong Kong. Click here to read why we do this.
Processing Times
The approximate timelines are as follows:
 – All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
 – Orders arrive in our local country (USA, Australia, NZ) after another 24 hours
 – Processing by your local post (Aust Post, USPS) takes 1-2 Days 
– Final mile delivery is approx. 2-5 days depending on where you live

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If we have stuffed up, or the shipping carrier has broken something contact us immediately to organise a replacement, photos will need to be provided. For any orders that claim to have missing products, we will conduct a full investigation. If we are found to be liable you will be sent replacement products. Please note that no refunds will be given.
Samples or Free Gifts with Purchase:
Samples and/or gifts with purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Discount/Coupon Code Usage:
Please note that if you have a discount/coupon code it must be used at the time of purchase, refunds will not be issued after the purchase has been made.

WHY DO WE SHIP FROM HONG KONG INSTEAD OF AUSTRALIA & THE USA?

Great question! We’re committed to being completely transparent with our customers. The key reason for shipping from Hong Kong lies in recent regulatory changes by Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). They’ve reclassified sports supplements in pill, capsule, or tablet form from “Formulated Supplementary Sports Foods” to “Therapeutic Products.” This reclassification means that local Australian businesses, including ours, cannot legally sell these types of supplements to Australian consumers without listing them in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). We view this as an example of extensive bureaucracy.

While some competitors might still sell locally, a significant number of them aren’t legally compliant. To align with these regulations and continue serving you effectively, Esteem, which caters to countries in this hemisphere, has chosen to ship from Hong Kong. This city is one of the world’s largest shipping and financial centers, enabling us to maintain competitive costs and reduce shipping times. WHY DOES MY TRACKING NUMBER STILL SAY 'PENDING'?

Your tracking number will say ‘Pending’ until your order arrives in your country and is scanned by your local postal service (Aust Post, USPS, DHL). This typically takes 4-5 days from when you receive our dispatch notification.

WILL MY ORDER BE TRACKED AND SHIPPED BY AUSPOST OR USPS?

Yes, it will. Your order will be shipped via AusPost or USPS (as if it were sent locally from within your country.)

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

For USA & Australian customers, we ship via tracked AusPost & DHL (& USPS) and end-to-end delivery takes around 5-10 business days. Don’t worry, you won’t have to pay any import or duty fees.
